Webinar Description:
This webinar will begin by introducing the No Surprises Act (NSA) including how the law came about, what is the purpose of it, who oversees the program, and how hospitals and healthcare facilities are impacted by the law. We will discuss what controls and risks are related to the NSA and give an overview of the regulation requirements. Next, we will focus on the two key areas of the NSA Act - surprise medical bills and balance billing. We will discuss ways to audit and prevent these key risks. Finally, we will discuss audit techniques and possible audit findings in an NSA audit.
